I have a sweet tooth – in fact I choose a restaurant by it’s
desert menu :s . My biggest weakness is
chocolate but I also love macaroons (how do you spell it – some people say
macarons and others macaroons?!). I have
made a few batches of macaroons but am yet to have the entire batch turn out
perfect (usually I manage about ½ the batch turning out as it should – no Idea
what I do wrong). So far I have found
the perfect gnash (raspberry) – for the chocolate
macaroons I make but I really wanted to find another recipe to try for the macaroons
to see if I can get a perfect batch.
Why do I tell you all this?
Well the other day (while looking for a macaroon recipe) I stumbled
across this baking blog:

that I know I am going to have to try one day.
